It doesn't remove every partition and rebuild them. A fresh installation is necessary if you aim to wipe all partitions, since the installer would then be on a USB drive rather than your main disk.

It seems you're not connected to another device at the moment. However, making a boot disk or DVD from an infected machine isn't advised since the infection could transfer to the new boot drive.

Free up space on a USB drive. Choose the tiniest size that fits as a bootable stick and transfer its files to a cloud service like Google Drive or OneDrive... whatever works.

I don’t have that choice anymore—it’s almost here, all cloud spaces are full, the DVD is broken, so I can’t burn discs or use them, and my drive is completely full (including all important files).
