I purchased a GA-N61M-S2PV (rev 2) with a dual-bios setup. I transferred the motherboard into my previous PC to refresh the system. After turning it on, it kept restarting repeatedly. The same issue appears with a new/used CX450M from the online marketplace. I’m unsure if the problem lies with the entire board or just the RAM. Any advice would be appreciated.
