I keep trying to turn off my PC, but it just turns back on instead of staying down. Only the RAM lights stay lit while everything else goes dark, then the whole thing comes back up again. I have tried turning each stick of RAM off and on alone and they both fail that way too. I even turned off fast boot in Windows so no restart happens after a mistake.

Can you check your computer when you open it to see if something has a warning sign on it?
