I’m willing to explore alternative options. I can place an order on Amazon and arrange for a return if needed. I’m concerned about the appearance of handling returns, so I want to know whether they accept returns or send them back to the manufacturer. It would be better to avoid damaging my reputation.

After reviewing your messages, it seems the concern was about software compatibility. I’d recheck and try playing some free games on Steam to confirm stability. If everything works smoothly, it suggests a potential issue on Windows. Linux tends to be more tolerant of faulty hardware.

The issue started as a Timeout Delay Reset, initially linked to DWM.exe. With both a TV and monitor active, pinpointing the cause becomes tougher. Did you resolve cable-related problems by using HDMI 3.0 cables or improved ones? It might also stem from heavy animations on your desktop.

Check if the built-in GPU was turned off in the BIOS settings.

I'm using HDMI 3.0 and have tested the cable with other devices as well. This hasn't been something I've attempted before; I'm not relying on the video ports on the MOBO but will check the BIOS settings to disable it. For a broader fix, I've tried a few adjustments—first on the Denuvo front, I noticed some games with Denuvo were running without issues, so it might not be the cause. I also added a firewall exception and ran the problematic game as an administrator, but the problem continued. On a hopeful note, I joined a local forum and found someone who might be willing to share RAM for testing. I plan to pick it up tomorrow (GMT) and will post updates here. I've examined memory closely after it was zoned on, but no direct errors point to memory issues—just odd behavior where usage stays at 50% even when a game should be using much of it. My strategy is:
- Swap in new RAM if the local contact works.
- If that doesn't help, combine my current RAM with the borrowed one to test for leaks.
- Consider dual-booting Linux instead of a live USB and run extended sessions to see if crashes happen.
One thought I have is whether the DWM warning suggests using the drivers that triggered it when trying new RAM—would you recommend running those drivers during testing?
Thank you all for your continued support; it really means a lot when I hit a roadblock.
