You've just assembled a new computer and are attempting to install Windows 10. You've configured the boot priority for your USB drive containing the OS, but when you power on, it prompts you to reboot and choose the correct boot device. Alternatively, you can insert the boot media into the selected device and press a key to proceed.

I developed USB by integrating it into the system as a boot device. The BIOS identifying it as storage doesn't guarantee it can be used to start the computer.
