When I power it up, after one second it switches off and then turns back on. This happens twice before it automatically restarts without any apparent cause. After setting up Intel Optane Memory or completing the RAID setup, the BIOS reset occurred and a message appeared. Please enter setup to recover BIOS settings once the Intel Optane Memory is installed or RAID configured. A video demonstrates the system's behavior. I've already changed the CMOS battery, drained the CMOS by removing the battery and holding the power button for ten seconds, tested the RAM, powered down all peripherals (GPU, case USB, audio, cables except display port), replaced the SSD with OS, and reinstalled Windows. Nothing is working properly and the BIOS keeps resetting. The video ID is e8ec5118-c6c4-44b9-a2d0-469333b7cd6e-1664211046.mp4

Do you have a RAID setup? It seems the system believes you installed it. Dynamic storage options might enable this based on their configuration.

I also tested it on both RAID and AHCI, but the issue persists.

For some reason the system believes you have a RAID setup even though you don’t, and it reported this. It could be because you didn’t provide enough information. There are likely a few switches that haven’t been switched correctly, or there might be a registry issue. I don’t like working with regedit, even just fixing it. It might be a nervous reaction—try restarting Windows. I believe rebuilding the registry could help. If you’ve made changes before, they’ll vanish afterward. This problem might also be fixed with a /fixboot command. I don’t recall it well, but I’m not sure which option is correct. The backslash is confusing me. If the issue is with the BIOS instead of Windows, clearing the CMOS will reset everything to defaults (and eliminate any overclocking or memory tweaks you’ve done), so you may need to re-flash it unless the default is faulty.
