Restart the computer and it functions properly each day.
It's not entirely certain it's happening simultaneously, though it seems to be recurring. It began restarting near 2:20 PM today and has been active since then. Earlier this evening, around 2:00 PM, it occurred shortly after power-on and about 8:00 PM. It's also running on a 1200 W surge protector, possibly indicating an issue.
She faced an issue with her sister-in-law's home, mainly due to wall plugs causing voltage fluctuations. We purchased a UPS to protect against sudden restarts, as it maintains power even for short periods. I wondered if using a UPS would prevent the same restarts during those times.
Is this a valid regulator? In this country power quality isn't great either, so I have a regulator/spike suppressor, but it doesn't resemble that setup. Still, it's a budget model, so maybe I'll disconnect it and connect the computer directly to the wall to check if the issue lies there.
