Hey everyone, my little sister's computer was fine before we installed Windows. Suddenly it shut down and showed an error saying to reboot and choose the right boot device. We checked the BIOS settings and everything looked the same as before, but the error kept appearing. After replacing the M.2 and hard drive to clear dust, nothing changed except the persistent issue. It worked just fine yesterday until we did a Windows update. Any ideas?

I tried the repair options but received repeated errors about missing settings and no Windows 10 choice. What alternatives are available?
