As the title indicates, the PC restarts repeatedly within five minutes on random screens, even when using BIOS. I have attempted various solutions:
1. Disconnected all RAM modules, kept only one in each of the four slots, but the issue persisted.
2. Removed and reinserted all components.
3. Replaced the CPU and reinstalled it, yet the same problem occurred.
4. Read about a power switch causing shorts, so I unplugged all peripherals—JAudio, JUSB, JFP1—and started the PC using a screwdriver, but the issue continued!!!

Now I’m unsure what to do. I don’t have any spare CPUs, memory, PSU, or GPU.
What other steps should I consider? Even if I purchase something, I’m not sure which part to buy. How can I proceed?

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:

Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model.

I hope when you cleaned up you switch off instead of putting it in sleep mode...
...If all cables are very connected sometimes just 1 mm is enough and it doesn't work, try running just 1 RAM and others to see if it works. Use the pencil eraser as shown in fig.1 in short strokes, moving the contacts back and forth until the eraser end is clean (with care), doing this in both RAMs won't hurt.
