Hi guys,
my PC won't start after I made an unheard mistake and tried to overclock the i7-3730 (not a "K" CPU) using Easy Tune6. :/
I adjusted the ratio with Easy Tune6 from the standard 37 to 39 and 38, then after rebooting, a short win loading screen appeared, followed by a blue screen error and the computer shut down.
I also tried clearing CMOS values with a jumper and after loading "Bios default values" – the same issue occurred. Then I went to BIOS and saw that the CPU ratio stayed at 39 instead of the auto value of 37 (the default for i7-3730).
Here’s a picture from the BIOS showing the 39 CPU ratio still stuck! :/
There’s a blue screen message that appears just before a new restart:
I found a video explaining what happens every time I start this PC:
[video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OqCsS1OW5s"]
I really need any help with this. Thanks!
Motherboard is Gigabyte GA-z77m-d3H
P.S.
I also tried manually changing the CPU ratio values in 37, but after every boot, the same error occurs – the ratio 39 appears in BIOS! EasyTune 6 is a Gigabyte product, so I don’t understand why it causes this problem.

Restart your CMOS and check if it resolves the issue.
If not, refer to your motherboard manual and switch to the backup UEFI (bios), then restore or update the main system.
