Recently I've been having this strange issue where windows 10 just does weird things, and it happens randomly without me doing anything. Here's a youtube video I uploaded showing some of my problems that occur. https://youtu.be/nR9m1hxhedU Not really sure how to even try and fix this issue, the only way to get rid of it, is to sign out, or restart my pc. Also, usually when this happens, I can not open task view by clicking it, but in the video I could for some reason.

I have checked and there is not, it seems to be a software issue as logging out, or restarting my pc fixes the issues.

Check the system using Command Prompt with admin rights. Execute SFC /Scannow and DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth to fix issues. Also, consider updating your graphics drivers to the newest version.

It won't appear right away, but it will return at unpredictable moments throughout the day. Testing now.

It indicated no problems, yet the repair tool finished running. I’m uncertain if it resolved my issue since it’s unpredictable and doesn’t occur under specific actions.
