Greetings! I'm experiencing a lack of hard drive capacity and consequently, I examined my storage options. My largest directory is comprised of Steam games. Upon investigating the contents, it became apparent that a significant portion of this space was occupied by titles I had previously removed. It appears Steam continues to retain these games as playable, despite their deletion. Are there any legitimate methods for permanently removing them beyond simply moving them to the recycling bin? Thank you!

Many applications cannot be deleted simply by removing their files. It’s recommended to access the Windows Control Panel and navigate to the Add or Remove Programs section. Frequently, software installations include a dedicated uninstaller tool for straightforward removal.
