I’ll handle this after my online lectures. The @TofuHaroto Pins worked well. The seller sent me a picture before I bought the board and checked it, but now I plan to clear the CMOS and verify if XMP is enabled. I might try getting two sticks from my rig and test them. Any tips to fix these issues?

Gradually increase the RAM speed until it matches the advertised rates or you encounter a failure to start, then boost the voltage in small increments of 0.025 volts until the system boots and passes stress tests.

It appears the RAM isn't compatible with the motherboard. The model HX432C16FB3K2/16 isn't listed in Asus' memory support documentation for this kit.

There is a 99% chance that it works fine, the only reason is that Asus can't test every single RAM kit in the world.
