While this configuration isn’t considered a typical gaming setup, I plan to engage in casual gaming and will generally operate at the lowest settings. Considering this, what is its likely ability to run games such as Overwatch or Fortnite?

Your computer's hardware isn’t suitable for playing those games. It’s great for browsing the internet and viewing videos, though.

I strongly dislike all-in-one computers.
It appears you’re forced to spend a lot more money for components that aren't very good.

If you don’t absolutely require the compact size of a liquid cooling system, I strongly suggest opting for a standard desktop computer instead.
