Hello, it appears the freezing issues have resolved themselves; the root cause was a problem with the graphics card. Regarding the Chrome difficulties, I discovered a fix online – it’s a reported bug related to Windows version 1083. To resolve this, I created a new user account, and Chrome functions correctly on that account, along with GeForce Experience. I plan to keep the 970 card in this computer and perhaps use this as an opportunity to upgrade my graphics card on another machine. Thank you very much for your assistance!
