If I were to consider the possibility, I'd believe it’s likely a problem with the motherboard. Previously, I used a different board that wasn't suitable for my Ryzen 7 2700x, necessitating a replacement. I recently purchased this one as new, and I’m wondering if I need to purchase another one.

If I were to consider the possibility, it would likely be due to the motherboard. Previously, I used a different motherboard that wasn't suitable for my Ryzen 7 2700x, forcing me to replace it and purchase this one as new. Should I be anticipating needing yet another replacement? Would you happen to have a graphics card available for testing?

Could you test out a supplementary graphics card?
Certainly, may I?

Could you perhaps test a second graphics card?

Frankly, would you like to try it?

What are the specifications – manufacturer and model number – of the available graphics card?

Ensure you've installed the newest NVIDIA graphics driver. Subsequently, download and execute DDU from Guru3D.com. Be certain to utilize it in Safe Mode. Afterwards, turn off your computer and exchange the graphics card. Following that, power on and log in to access, then install the drivers. Check to determine if your system continues to exhibit the original issues.

Initially, verify that you’ve obtained the newest NVIDIA graphics card driver. Subsequently, download and execute Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from Guru3D.com. Be certain to initiate the program in Protected Mode. Afterward, completely power down your system and exchange the graphics cards. Following this, restart your computer and log in to access and install the drivers. Evaluate whether your machine continues to exhibit the initial issues. I am unable to launch DDU in safe mode; when running Windows in protected mode and attempting to execute the file, it displays an error message stating “Unable to access this file.”

Following these steps, you should ensure your graphics card is recognized correctly. First, check Device Manager and verify that the GTX 970 is listed under Display Adapters. If it's not there, remove the entry for the GPU and restart your computer. Windows 10 will then automatically identify and install the newest driver for the card.

First, navigate to Device Manager and verify that the “Display Adapters” section lists your GTX 970. If it doesn’t, remove the graphics card entry and restart your computer. Windows should then recognize the GTX 970 and install the newest driver. Alright, I'll give it a shot.

Windows should then identify the GTX 970 and install the newest driver.

Currently, Windows immediately detected the card, and sound has been restored—at this point, I haven’t observed any crashes. However, it might be premature to conclude that the issue is resolved completely.

GeForce Experience remains unresponsive.

Chrome continues to malfunction as well.
