My Razer Deathadder Chroma lighting fails to activate when my computer is running. It will only illuminate after disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse, however, once I shut down my computer, the lights will not reactivate. Despite attempting to remove and reinstall Razer Synapse, the issue persists.

Experiment with connecting it to various ports. If you’re accustomed to utilizing USB3, consider testing with USB2 and other available connections.
