Hello,

Recently, a lighter version of PUBG for PC became available in my area, and many of my friends have been able to play it successfully. However, I can initiate the game and enjoy approximately seven minutes of gameplay before it suddenly closes to my desktop without displaying any error messages or alerts. Despite acknowledging that interest in this lighter version is limited, I’m hoping someone can suggest a solution or direct me toward a fix for a similar issue. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps, including: updating my drivers, running the game after a system reboot, disabling my antivirus software and ensuring both the launcher and the game are permitted through my firewall, verifying that no hardware components are overclocked (even attempting to reduce my GPU clock speed), running the game with administrator privileges, reinstalling the game and DirectX 11, confirming that the uncheater service is allowed through my firewall (although it only activates at startup and then ceases operation after several minutes), and experimenting with different display resolutions and screen modes.

Here are my computer specifications:

Operating System: Windows 10
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 Windforce OC 6GB GDDR5
Storage: Kingston SSDNow UV400 240GB
Hard Drive: WD Blue 500GB
Memory: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000)
Motherboard: MSI B450M MORTAR (MS-7B89)

It’s important to note that other games, such as Apex Legends and Battlefield 3, 4, and 1, are functioning without any problems. Regardless of the steps I take, the game consistently crashes after precisely seven minutes.

Leaving this game is typically caused by either latency (ping) or anti-cheat measures. Check your internet connection’s ping to see if it's within an acceptable range. You can also activate network diagnostic data within the game to observe your ping levels. High latency or packet loss often leads to being removed from the match.

Being removed from this game is typically due to either latency (ping) or anti-cheat measures. Have you checked your ping? You can view network diagnostic information within the game to observe latency levels. High ping or packet loss will cause you to be ejected.

Do not play this game; it consistently causes PC issues, including freezing, crashes during gameplay, and unresponsive behavior when attempting to close both the game itself and its launcher. Developers are reportedly working on solutions, though release dates are uncertain. I experienced these problems shortly after its initial launch in India three months ago.
