I'm offering $5 via PayPal to anyone who resolves my issue. I’m seeking a smooth, high-quality stream of 720p at 30 frames per second or higher.

As a newcomer to PC gaming and streaming, I’ve been attempting this for several years. I previously constructed a computer with a companion and experienced unsuccessful streaming attempts. Recently, I decided to make some upgrades hoping to improve my streaming capabilities, but the results are still unsatisfactory – the stream remains laggy regardless of the settings used.

Typically, my game runs flawlessly at approximately 145 frames per second while streaming CS:GO; however, viewers continue to experience lag within the stream itself. I’ve experimented with StreamLabs and OBS Studio. All drivers are current.

My system specifications are as follows:

Processor: Ryzen 7 2700x
Graphics Card: PNY 1050 2gb (planned upgrade)
Motherboard: Asus b450 gaming
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3000 (two 8GB sticks)
Storage: 124GB SSD, 2TB Hard Drive, CX750 power supply

INTERNET CONNECTION:
Ping: 10-15 ms
Download Speed: 80-90 Mbps
Upload Speed: 10 Mbps

Thank you for your assistance. – Zach

Modify the initial configuration by setting processing priority to maximum.

Alternatively, configure the CPU preset to the most gentle (ultra-fast) option or simply utilize NVENC; this will leverage your graphics card for encoding.

Furthermore, restrict bandwidth to its absolute minimum while maintaining functionality – certain platforms impose limitations, such as a 3000kbit cap; verify these constraints for your specific platform. If a higher bitrate exceeds your platform’s capacity, disregard the other settings and solely reduce the bandwidth.

Despite your Internet Service Provider's claim of a 10mbps upload speed, and even if you achieve this rate during a speed test, this measurement is only accurate between your device and your ISP; you must independently confirm what…

Modify the initial configuration by setting processing priority to maximum.

Alternatively, utilize the most resource-efficient (ultra-fast) CPU preset or directly employ nvenc – this will leverage your graphics card for encoding.

Furthermore, restrict bandwidth to its minimum workable level; certain platforms impose limitations such as 3000kbit/s, so verify these constraints for your specific platform. If a higher bitrate exceeds the platform’s capacity, disregard previous adjustments and solely reduce bandwidth.

Remember that advertised upload speeds from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) – even those obtained via speed tests – represent only the connection between you and your ISP; it's crucial to independently assess the actual speed to the destination platform you intend to transmit data to.
