My system includes a Ryzen 3 1200 processor that’s been overclocked to 3.7 GHz with a voltage of 1.3315 volts, and DDR4 memory running at 2400 MHz that’s been overclocked to 2666 MHz at 1.2 volts. I have an RX 570 Sapphire Nitro with 4GB of VRAM and an EVGA 450 BT power supply. Despite these modifications, I’m only achieving approximately 100 frames per second in most low-settings scenarios, though the view distance often causes a drop to 70 fps or even lower.

Is your computer’s hardware driver software current? Are your graphics card drivers updated too?

Have you performed a scan for viruses and malicious software?

Do you use any automated programs that install drivers automatically?

Please verify the condition of your Windows system files. Here’s a link: [Link]

Games like Fortnite, and similar games with lots of players online, require a significant amount of processing power. With only four cores and slow memory speeds, you shouldn’t anticipate high performance levels.

This doesn't factor in the speed of your storage devices, other running programs, or current drivers.

Unless you're using precisely the same hardware and driver versions as these other users, your computer’s performance is normal.

Furthermore, you're considering upgrading from a 2600x processor, yet still intend to use slower RAM?

Although this will alleviate multi-threading limitations, it won’t substantially boost gaming performance – especially considering…

What’s the complete hardware configuration? Please detail the manufacturer and model number of your power supply unit. Could you also provide CPU and GPU temperatures, along with their usage levels while playing the game?

Would one memory stick suffice, or two?
2666 megahertz remains inadequate—3000 megahertz would be preferable.

The Ryzen 3 1200 2666MHz processor is a solid choice, as it’s frequently utilized and generally produces satisfactory frame rates, and moreover, it supports dual-channel operation.

I've supplied the hardware specifications, with an EVGA system and a bronze-rated power supply. I plan to monitor the temperature shortly.

My processor consistently operates below 95% utilization, while my graphics card reaches a temperature of 81 degrees Celsius. Memory usage is currently at 6 gigabytes, and the CPU temperature is approximately 65 degrees. I am also encountering occasional pauses in gameplay, a problem not experienced by users with similar hardware configurations.

Are you connecting the display to the graphics card itself, instead of through a port on your computer’s main board?
And could you please tell me what screen resolution you're using while playing the game?

The resolution is 1080p, and it’s connected to the graphics card via HDMI.

Well... if ya'll say so.
Being that the Ryzen 1200 is just a 4 core cpu, and this is for Fortnite, you really can't afford to have anything other than the bare minimum processes - Windows, the game and launcher - running in the background.
Is this a fresh build, or have you had this for awhile?
