Hello everyone, I recently acquired several new components – a motherboard, processor, memory, and cooler – and successfully installed them all. However, my computer now fails to complete the boot sequence, displaying spinning circles before freezing. I attempted installing a new solid-state drive and reinstalling Windows to no avail; it consistently reaches the Windows logo with the rotating dots before freezing, and the only solution is a forced restart. I've experimented by removing memory modules, relocating them to different slots, inspecting the CPU pins, disconnecting the graphics card and connecting an HDMI cable directly to the motherboard, and utilizing only the operating system drive – all without success.

My computer configuration includes:
CPU: i7-9700k
GPU: GTX 1060 6gb
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC
PSU: Corsair CX650M
Cooler: Be Quiet Shadow Rock 2
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO
RAM: Ballistix 2x8GB 3200

I have explored numerous solutions suggested on online forums, but unfortunately, nothing has resolved the issue. I am now considering taking my computer to a professional repair service.

I’ve finally resolved the issue. My firmware was outdated, so I updated it and now it's functioning as intended.

That’s the problem; I can't reinstall or install the operating system whenever I need to. It consistently gets stuck at the Windows logo with spinning dots and freezes each time.

Recently, I removed the previous files and installed the updated media approximately two hours ago, but it continues to freeze entirely.
