Over the past several weeks, my mouse and keyboard have been sporadically disconnecting during gameplay, frequently triggering a “USB not recognized” alert. These disconnections typically occur after approximately 10 minutes of play and then repeat every 10-30 seconds. Notably, this issue is game-specific; I experience no problems with titles like GTA V. However, in games such as CS:GO, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, and For Honor, disconnections arise after roughly 5-10 minutes, followed by recurring disconnects every 5-30 seconds. Conversely, other games—including Garry’s Mod, Hearts of Iron IV, Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition, Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty Black Ops 1, 2, and 4—operate without this disconnecting problem.

I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps: I disabled the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” option for both my mouse and keyboard; I deactivated USB selective suspend; I replaced both my mouse and keyboard; I reset the BIOS; I reinstalled the mouse and keyboard drivers; I reinstalled the NVIDIA drivers; I uninstalled and reinstalled the affected games; I removed all disabled devices from Device Manager; I tested every USB port on my computer; and I updated all of my drivers.

I have not yet explored updating the BIOS, reinstalling Windows, or utilizing a USB hub.

My PC specifications are as follows: Intel i5-2500 3.3 GHz, NVIDIA GTX 760 2GB, 8GB RAM DDR3, 1TB Western Digital BLUE, and Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. My BIOS is an American Megatrends Inc. version, and my base board is a Gigabyte Technology Co. model. I am using the MYRIA MG7503 Gaming Kit, 4 in 1 keyboard and mouse.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue, as these games are currently unplayable due to frequent disconnections. The problem only occurs within these specified games, not during internet browsing or desktop use.
