I experience frequent stuttering while playing games such as The Division 2 and Apex Legends. Here’s my system configuration:

GTX 1060
Intel core i5 7600k
H170 Gaming M3
8GB RAM
500 GB SSD
1TB Hard Drive
Standard Windows 10
Ethernet Connection

You should aim for a minimum of 12 gigabytes of memory. Previously, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 frequently crashed with only 8GB installed. Sixteen gigabytes would be optimal for long-term compatibility. RAM speed generally doesn’t significantly impact frame rates; it may cause a reduction of between 1 and 5 percent.
