I'm experiencing the exact same issue, and I’m at a loss for solutions. Recently, I purchased a new computer, but the performance hasn't improved at all. Other users are enjoying these same games with significantly better visuals.

If changing cables between the graphics card and display doesn’t resolve the problem, would anyone be willing to lend a GPU for testing on a 1080 model? If the same problems persist, perhaps switching to another monitor might be helpful.

I experimented with various screens and TVs, alongside different cables and graphics cards. As I mentioned previously, even laptops equipped with built-in GPUs exhibit the same problems.
