Shared a recording: https://files.fm/u/zdd7tzer. This is the visual state of my game – it’s experiencing significant stuttering and rough textures. I've encountered similar problems with other games previously, despite utilizing various PC components.

It appears to be linked to an anti-aliasing problem or a related issue. I recall adjusting anti-aliasing in another game at one point, significantly diminishing unwanted visual distortions—however, Star Citizen lacks that specific control.

I'm utilizing an Nvidia graphics card – a GTX 1080 – with the most current drivers installed. My control panel settings are set to their default configurations. I've experimented with altering these settings, as well as adjusting resolutions and monitor configurations, all without success.

The game is running at 1080p resolution with VSync enabled, utilizing very high settings and maintaining a frame rate of 75 fps. I would greatly appreciate assistance, as this issue doesn't seem to affect other players.

If changing cables between the graphics card and display doesn’t solve the problem, would anyone be willing to lend a GPU to test on a 1080? If the problem persists, perhaps testing with another monitor would be beneficial.

Which titles are you interested in?
Could you provide the complete technical specifications for your system, specifically detailing the manufacturer and model of your power supply unit?
Where did you obtain these games?

I noticed this in 3 games. Black Desert, War Thunder and Star Citizen. That's as far as I remember. I had two different systems. All had different parts. Maybe bad HDMI cable? EDIT: Apparently this is a known, mysterious phenomenon with no known fixes:

Yes, I’ve experienced the Alcohol Abstinence Trigger failing consistently across multiple computers and game titles. I haven't been able to locate a resolution for this issue.

Have you adjusted any display configurations whatsoever?

Disable Advanced Anti-Aliasing options and experiment with 2X Depth Swizzle Rendering, to check if that resolves the issue.

Star Citizen has remained in its early development phase for a long time, so it’s not surprising that some visual problems and control inconsistencies persist. The last time I used the game, approximately three months ago, the graphics and controls were still somewhat unstable.

No, I didn’t accomplish anything.

I encounter a similar issue in War Thunder, but within that game I can adjust TAA or even SSAA, which effectively resolves it. Sadly, SC lacks those particular settings.

This could potentially be a more suitable query for the Stellaris Community forums.

Here’s a description of the problems I'm experiencing with my games:

I’ve checked these video links to illustrate the issue:
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KUyXY-bdgg
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4RZ2A1_tkA
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDmlFUYto1g
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AR_raX90bsM

The screen displays a constant flickering and shimmering effect. I’ve replaced numerous components of my computer – including completely reinstalling drivers – and the problem continues. Utilizing Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR) hasn’t resolved it either. I've tested the issue with various monitors, televisions, and even a laptop utilizing its built-in graphics card, all with the same result. Do you have any suggestions?
