I'm assembling my initial gaming computer and require assistance and your assessment regarding the components and potential conflicts. The specifications are as follows:

Motherboard: MSI B350 Gaming Pro Carbon.
Processor: AMD RYZEN 5 2600X.
Graphics Card: ASUS STRIX GTX980 with 4GB of memory.
Memory: (16GB) CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX, consisting of two 8GB modules at 2400MHz.
Power Supply Unit: NZXT E-Series 650 Watt, 80+ Gold Fully Modular.
Case: NZXT H500 WHITE.

It appears your B350 motherboard probably needs a BIOS revision to work correctly with the Ryzen 2600X. Checking the MSI website for confirmation is recommended.
