Resolved: Disk Error Caused System Crashes
[Moderator note: Moved post from Windows 10 category.]
So I bought a computer last month or so and I noticed that 2 of my games (War Thunder And DC Universe Online) often have a TDR failure. The crash is always for the same reason atikmpag.sys Thinking my Graphics drivers were out of date I went to the AMD site and downloaded the tool that installed the most up to date version of my graphic drivers. After making sure the graphics driver is up to date(which it is) however the problem continues. I have installed all the windows updates as well and don't know what else I could do to fix the issue. I don't know what information is needed but heres some of the system info:
System Model: HP Pavillion Desktop 590-p0xxx
System SKU: 3LA53AA#ABA
System Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2200g with Vega 8 Graphics 3500 Mhz 4 cores
Also as a Post Edit I should note this BSOD seems to ONLY OCCUR in those 2 games. It seems ONLY MMOs cause it to occur.
Edit 2: After attempt in to run chkdsk my pc refuses to start.I have attempted to get into safe mode and it won't work. All I've done other than that is set the Tee delay to 8 and now there's Video Scheduler internal errors.
I believe you’ve correctly followed those procedures?
Please also verify that all DirectX DLLs are present on your system. Occasionally, compatibility issues between the game and your operating system can cause this to occur.

Disconnect all hard drives, including your DVD drive (if present), and attempt to power on the system using only your RAM and CPU.
It would be significantly simpler if you could access the BIOS.
