Hello, I’ve previously played Far Cry 3 on my computer. My system specifications are as follows:

RAM: 4 GB
Processor: Core 2 Duo E7200
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 210

Unfortunately, the gameplay wasn't consistently smooth enough for an enjoyable experience, even with graphics settings set to “low” in the final stage and resolution adjustments made. Despite these changes, the issue persists. Therefore, I’m asking if there are alternative methods to play the game as I prefer on my particular PC. If so, please let me know.

Thank you.

Yup, you're *very* far below the minimum requirements. It's a non-gaming GPU that was released nearly ten years ago now; it was generally far below the minimums for AAA games that came out even in 2012, when Far Cry 3 was released.

The hardware specifications aren't sufficient for playing games on that computer.

Absolutely, you are significantly beneath the necessary specifications. It’s an entertainment graphics card from almost a decade prior—it typically fell well short of the requirements for high-quality, modern games, even those launched in 2012 like Far Cry 3.
