Yesterday, while examining my Gigabyte RX 560 4GB box, I noticed an Aorus Graphics Engine Utility listed on the back with a “One-click Super Overclocking” feature. Intrigued, I decided to test it. Following installation from Gigabyte’s website, I explored the program but found it somewhat limited. Selecting the "OC Mode" from the main interface, I didn't observe any immediate visual differences. Subsequently, I played several games. Today, upon starting my computer, I attempted to play Rainbow Six Siege and immediately encountered menu lag. Assuming it was a new update, I continued playing, but during a match, the lag persisted, leading me to identify an issue. Testing other titles revealed consistent lagging, with my frame rates dropping from over 100 to approximately 10-20 fps. Examining the graphics settings, I observed that VRAM usage had increased dramatically, going from roughly half the bar to full capacity across all games – even smaller titles like those around 100MB were exhibiting lag. My system specifications are as follows: AMD Ryzen 5 1400, Gigabyte RX560 4GB OC, 16GB RAM, a 256GB Samsung SSD, Windows 10 Home, a 1TB HDD, Gigabyte AX370M-DS3H Motherboard. I even attempted to uninstall and reinstall the graphics engine utility, but the problem remained unchanged.

Navigate to BIOS settings and, within the Exit menu, select "Reset to Optimal/Original Settings." Click this option, save your changes, exit the BIOS, and then restart your computer. Check to see if this resolves any issues.
