My computer is repeatedly starting up, pausing briefly before shutting down, then restarting and pausing again. This cycle occurs approximately two to four times. Following this pattern, I lose the HDMI output from my graphics card (GTX 1060). I recently cleaned it, and this issue began afterward. Please assist!

It seems you may have dislodged a cable or component. Please attempt to firmly reinsert the RAM and verify that all connections are secure. It’s possible your Gamex power supply unit is defective, as these units tend to be unreliable.

It appears the issue isn't with the Specifications, since they functioned correctly in the past.
