I came across an article suggesting that the unfinished "Windows 11" offers improved gaming performance and higher FPS. I downloaded the Windows 11 media creation tool from a third-party site after Microsoft took it off their official page. It hasn't reappeared yet, but once I installed it, it worked well. My CPU stays around 60-70% while playing GTA V at normal graphics with some settings elevated. Although Windows 11 isn't ideal for everyday use right now, it has performed adequately for me so far. I also obtained the media creation tool from Microsoft's site a month ago, which was previously available on that platform.
