Despite this, I consistently experience a frame rate range of approximately 50-65 frames per second when running at both 720p and 1080p resolutions. Could you offer any insights into why this is occurring? Thank you for your assistance.

Increasing the resolution to 1080p does not alter this limitation; therefore, you observe identical frame rates at both resolutions.
