You were using Windows 10 64-bit and experienced audio issues after installing software. The reset process is now taking an extremely long time, having been stuck at 1% for about three hours. With 200GB of RAM installed, this duration seems unusually prolonged. It’s not uncommon for such resets to take longer than expected, but it might be worth checking system logs or contacting support for further assistance.

That’s a black screen with Windows displaying a percentage. It looks like the system is rebooting or restarting, possibly after a reset. Check for any error messages and ensure your hardware is functioning properly.

I was forced to disconnect it and rely on the USB installer to begin anew.

Turned it off and now I have no operating system. The product key I have is Windows 8, but will a Windows 8.1 key work on Windows 10? Probably not—you’ll likely need an ISO file on a USB drive to install.

Have you activated it? It states something about turning it on.
