You can use KON BOOT. I hope I could send it to you because it costs $25 for a copy, but folks are cautious and worried about viruses. It appears as one, but it doesn’t.

Kon-Boot, Trinity Rescue Disk, Offline NT Password plus Registry Editor—why would you need to pay for Kon Boot? I got mine for free online.
