I performed a factory reset on my Windows tablet, but I encountered an issue where the screen shows an error and the controls don’t respond.

Is the warranty still offered? If not, should I indicate NO? You mentioned it relates to clearing the system reserve. That could be problematic if you're aiming for factory settings.

I purchased this during a trip, but the buttons aren't responding and the screen isn't functioning properly.

When no option exists for a firm reset, such as pushing a needle into a tiny opening, it indicates the device is non-functional.
