Hello! Your PC is stuck in the "Resetting this PC 26%" state for about 30 minutes. Are there any options to resolve this issue? Your system details are: CPU – Intel Core i5 4570, RAM – 16GB, GPU – Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti.

Create a Windows installation USB on a different machine or laptop. Boot from it and proceed with the instructions. This process will wipe all existing data, which is likely the goal you have in mind. For compatibility, Windows 10 is recommended, though Windows 11 is possible if your hardware supports it. You can attempt Windows 11, but it isn't officially supported.
