It looks like there might be a motherboard problem. Could you capture an image of the board, preferably highlighting the CMOS clear jumper? Also, have you inspected the CPU for any bent pins?

I thought so—I contacted the shop where I purchased it, and they assured me they’d check it out. Yes, the CPU pins look fine; this issue also occurred with my earlier CPU.
