Hello everyone, I recently purchased a new laptop. During setup, I was able to select various languages—English, Dutch, German, Chinese, etc. Since I’m from Belgium, I opted for Dutch. Now I want to pass it on to a UK friend, so I factory reset the device. After that, I noticed the language options were limited to just two choices. Can I reconfigure the setup again and download languages so I can pick from the menu shown in the picture? It should appear there, but changing the language after setup isn’t an option for me.

Language adjustments are possible after setup finishes. You may also reinstall the entire operating system instead of performing a simple factory reset, which is a lighter option. To do a reinstall, obtain the OEM restore image from the laptop manufacturer.
