I was testing a stable 4.5ghz overclock and reset the CMOS to fix display problems, which resolved the issue but now I lost my BIOS settings. I need some guidance to get back to at least 4.4. I don't remember the previous configurations or steps taken. Thank you very much.

I searched for overclocking guides specifically about FX Processors. The link provided appears to be relevant for performance scaling charts and OC results. After finding a stable configuration, it’s wise to save the settings for future reference, especially if a CMOS reset is required later.

Test up to 1.39V. I wouldn't exceed that. Prior to the 6600K and 6700K, I managed to reach 4.7 at 1.38V.
