You're experiencing a delay after powering off and on your system, with resets occurring during startup. This could be related to BIOS settings or hardware configuration. Try checking the BIOS options for any recent changes or updates. Also, ensure all components are properly seated and there are no loose connections. If the issue persists, consider consulting a professional technician.

When everything restarts repeatedly, you should change the battery in the motherboard. This component keeps the data and information safe when the system is turned off.

In fact, it's not only the CPU settings—like enabling the SVM—I think. Memory XMP profiles also play a role.

No, I haven't checked your BIOS yet. Could you confirm if you've updated it?

Replace the CMOS battery with a fresh one, unless it could indicate a BIOS issue. You might revert to an older BIOS version if it resolves the problem. Occasionally, sending a Beta BIOS can help; they will monitor your reports until you submit a support ticket for issues not encountered during internal testing.
