I purchased additional RAM modules and added them today. Right now I'm using four sticks, while also having a Ryzen 2600x and a Gigabyte Aorus Ultra Pro. There seems to be a hardware reservation issue with half of my total RAM. I've tried updating the BIOS, reformatting the drive in MSConfig, adjusting boot settings, and checking CPUID and HWinfo64 info, but they all show 32GB. What could be causing this?

Also, after reformatting, I installed all the Windows updates. I’m using Windows 10 now. My graphics drivers and the app center’s settings are also current.
