Requires assistance with BIOS updates for Foxconn H61MXL-K to enable new GPUs.

hello, I’m hoping someone here can help me. I’m trying to update the BIOS on my Foxconn H61MXL-K motherboard because I’m having trouble using a GPU (and i tested the gpu it works). it is an old motherboard and the FOXCONN site is shut down i cant find it anywhere and the BIOS is nowhere to be seen i believe i searched everywhere even under my bed..... anyway i cant find it, so i really would appreciate it if i can get some help or advice on how to move forward. this is my first BIOS update and my first PC am trying to upgrade. anyway so this some info about the Motherboerd: Manufacturer and model: Foxconn H61MXL Chipset: Intel 100 rev 9 Part number: Foxconn_H61MXL-K BIOS ROMID: B63F1P02 ( this one here i couldn't find anywhere ) BIOS Release date: 2012-06-15 any help will help a lot. thank you

I didn't attempt to use the web search engine's "wayback machine." I usually stick to direct methods for checking updates. Occasionally, it can help locate older versions of sites.

Which GPU are you aiming to utilize? The H61 falls into that unusual range where certain motherboards won't support any cards regardless of the BIOS.

Asus NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 Ver GDDR5 consumes just 30W. It seems to work with Intel H61 chipset, though compatibility is still a consideration. Thanks for the info!

You may simply be missing a full uefi bios. 1000 series and newer dont run on legacy bios boards which cheap boards from this era often still used and they didnt fully meet all uefi specs. High chance it will never work
