I have a 4GB DDR3 RAM at 1333MHz that I'm looking at, and I'd like to see what 8GB options fit well without any problems. Available for purchase online.

It's a JEDEC standard DIMM. It'll work well with any other DIMM with the same specs. Namely, 4GB, 1333Mhz (PC3-10600) and CL9 (or 9-9-9).

Yes, you can use it with an 8GB RAM setup that matches those specifications without any issues.

Probably. When you need extra space, it's fine. For dual channel setups, it depends on how the motherboard handles size differences. You'd likely get Flex mode, using the first 8GB in dual and the rest in single. Alternatively, you might end up with 12GB of single channel RAM.
