You're asking about using OBS with your i3-10100F/i3-10105F. These chips don't have integrated graphics, so you'll need a dedicated CPU encoder like x264 for recording. The GT 1030 chipset means no NVENC support, but that's not relevant here. If you skip the GPU and use "F" processors without a dedicated GPU, you won't get any display output since they can't render video.

CPU encoding isn't recommended here due to lack of Quicksync support. Using x264 on an i3 isn't ideal. For displaying results, you'll need a GPU or an Intel CPU without F, since it doesn't have built-in graphics.

Basic x86 processors are capable of encoding x264. There isn't a built-in GPU.
