someone could assist you with your Call of Duty setup. you have two 3060 Ti GPUs and your FPS stays under 90 even with the lowest settings. your card is a GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti EAGLE OC 8G. the issue might be related to performance limits or driver settings.
