Request for software to rotate a display horizontally for creating a do-it-yourself telprompter

According to the questions, I'm trying to find a method to flip an HDMI display horizontally for use as a DIY telpromper. I haven't found windows landscape (flipped) that suits my needs. Ultramon was a software that could do this, but it's now outdated since 2018. My main idea is to run a Linux VM and invert the display there, though I'm not very excited about that approach. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don't want to be the only one looking for this solution.

Do you want to rotate the image 180 degrees or flip it so it can only be read in a mirror? You can achieve the former via Nvidia Control Panel > Display > Rotate display (if using a Nvidia GPU in Windows). For the latter, options include Ultramon software, an HDMI Mirror Box, and Decimator MD-HX hardware.
