Hi,
I’ve been asked to assist a friend who works in IT. She set everything up and now she hasn’t responded at all. She uses Office 365 Business and was signed in using three accounts: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. It seems this setup isn’t supposed to work. She has two Onedrive accounts linked to those emails—she can access both via Windows Explorer without issues, but when she opens a document from Ann’s Onedrive, she needs to log in with that specific account. The same happens for [email protected]. Onedrive also works fine otherwise, though she receives a warning saying she can’t save files because she lacks access. The staff account is shared among all employees, while Ann’s Onedrive is restricted to management-only files. She needs easy access to both accounts without constantly logging in and out. How can I grant her full access to both Onedrive accounts?

Thanks

I believe it is possible to transfer privileges from one user account to another within a single account.

Do you know how to achieve that? It sounds like you want an admin account plus a regular user account on Windows, where the admin has full access and the standard user only sees their own data. But... I couldn't find that setting anywhere. I'm not very experienced with Office for Business, and the options seem overwhelming with too many filled screens. It doesn't feel very straightforward to me.
