Request for IT Assistance Required
I've been working at the church for a few months now and manage their AV setup. Suddenly, our power amplifier Crown CDI Drivecore 4 | 300 started giving errors like "ch2 DCLE Detected" and "High Voltage Rail Warning," and it cut the audio throughout the building. Despite reading every article and following the manual, I've tried resetting connections, unplugging channels 2 input and output, but the issue persists. I'm unsure what to do and need a solution by tomorrow.
