I sent a message to the developer who suggested turning on debug mode so they could inspect the debug file and diagnose the issue. ...It's odd that the PC doesn't trigger a crash even when HWinfo is enabled in debug mode, huh? Lol.

Thanks for the assistance. Now I just need to learn how to remove Windows.Old and clear out those unwanted recovery drives, which I believe requires a fresh installation. Plus, I have a lot of other Windows issues—like my triple monitors sometimes cutting out in display settings unless I power them on/off—but it only happens when CSM is turned off, even before the Creator's update. I really dislike computers!

These recovery sections aren't meant to be removed; they enable booting into recovery mode and fixing Windows. You might want to test altering the access rights on the windows.old file to allow deletion.

Update note: It turned out to be the ASmedia SATA controller for my operating system drive. Switching to a standard Windows driver resolved the BSOD problems in HWinfo.
