Hi, when connecting my second monitor via docking station on my M1 MBP, it keeps copying the first one and stops recognizing it. Both screens appear together but don’t work properly. In settings, only the HP display shows up, and pressing detect displays gives no response. Someone might know what’s causing this issue?

According to available information, M1 models are limited to one external display. The Max chips might allow more, but it seems they remain restricted to a single display for the M1 lineup.

Use an M1/2/3 Pro, Max, or Ultra chip when connecting multiple displays.
